Me too, about the interest in wild, or the more common, plants and some of the positive effects on one's system/body/health they could bring processing them in one's diet.
Well, I just think it fascinating (phytotherapy, you could call it). Eating, processed in a meal, plants parts, be it.. root, stem, leave, flower or seed, that tend to be healthy to eat on quite a regular basis.
Not so much homeopathy though. Some think that's alike but it's not. It's not.
Let's say, phyto-help is using that leek or garlic (e.g.) in the meals one makes (and enjoys) trying to stay healthy, where homeopathy dilutes plants 'positives' into nothings basically, I reckon.. trying, successfully, to make a buck.
