If you've lost track of a sizable cache of fireworks and explosive chemicals in Matteson recently, Cook County sheriff's police would like to talk.

Police say the stockpile, which was seized last week in a Matteson home, was powerful enough "to level an entire city block." A 21-year-old woman was charged, but the sheriff's office said Tuesday it wasn't sure what role she had in buying, making or selling the items, and the agency is looking for others who may have been involved.

Think they were making and selling M80s and such.  She should have refused them entrance to the house.  The few times the cops have been here mostly asking if we had seen anthing becuse of some robberies I made them talk to me on the front porch after the time the came to ask my son questions (he was someones alibi) I let them in all they did was poke at stuff and ask why I had laboratory glassware

That was the tone of their asking. Though I do have everything I would need even the chemicals I'd hate them to get in the basement and shed the real question would start then along with the hazmat teams and bomb squad
