Where do you find them? On the golf course?
"I could have sworn I picked up my putter after that last green..."

Some are not all that cheap of clubs either. Last batch contained a Taylormade driver with a graphite shaft that's worth at least $50+ used. Last year I had a few Titlest and Callaway's. I'm learning quite a bit about golf.

I found a measure of peace with my lifelong underachieving, which is the result of me needing a job in which my mind can wander freely. My brain's prime directive seems to be to keep itself entertained. That is not conducive to mentally demanding work, to rigorous scholarship, even to reading a simple paragraph in the local newspaper at times. Could I have forced my brain into compliance with a more demanding routine, could I have had an academic career or done something of global importance? My strong sense is that that kind of roping-in of my playful mind would not have been sustainable over the long term, and if I had in fact attempted a career more in line with my supposed potential, I would very likely have stuffed it up, as the Brits say. So I found acceptance of the way my brain works. Not a bad find, and it's still only 12:28 p.m., there's half the day left in which I can do ... who knows?
I can do upside down chocolate moo things!
