Absence of cold sores.

Forgot to take all meds first few days of the flu...... the tingling spot on my lower lip reminded me that I could not forget all. So, back to the L-Lysine routine. That cold sore never made it further than a tingling red spot. Even when the flu was one of the tougher flu's I've had, so far.

My alarm did warn me, but, I was in the middle of a conversation with the teacher of my youngest, so, I ignored it.  :facepalm2:
