a. Psychopath - Everybody knows what a psycho is. It would get no attention.

b. Schizophrenia - Somewhat more widely understood than autism, not much controversy here.

c. Autism - The majority of people have little to no understanding of autism, and anything revolving autism tends to be hotly debated and controversial.
