Title: The Fluorescent Situation
Post by: QuirkyCarla on September 14, 2006, 02:42:45 PM
I pmed fluorescent recently asking if he felt he was bullied, and how teasing him made him feel. He really didn't care. To quote him, one of the things he said was,"I went with the flow, thinking people don't know what they are talking about." If he doesn't care, what's the point of all this hoopla? The only person who's still insulting him is Teejay anyway, but the people who have laid off him (Duncvis, Lucifer, Odeon, etc.) are getting all the slander. I'm not saying teasing him was right, but he wasn't upset, so there's no point in attacking people who used to tease him. It's ridiculous.

It's in the interest of certain people to continue breathing life to the "Flo situation", QC.

For what its worth, I've laid off him because he's attempting to behave like a reasonable, decent person again. My 'bullying' was triggered by a string of particularly crass and obnoxious comments he made which I called him on - it was mainly due to annoyance rather than amusement (apart from the occasional crack, but nobodys perfect lol). Since he's explained and moderated his comments and is now attempting to do right by his girlfriends and get his shit together, I have no reason to give him shit. Hopefully things will work out for him - I don't carry any malice and its good to see him pulling himself together. Nice one Flo.  ;)

what interest could i possibly have in breathing life in to the "Flo situation"?  ??? i've taken on an unpopular position and have been arguing with people who i'd rather not be in conflict with.

Perhaps he should refrain from talking out of his arse, expounding his conspiracy theories of evil dictators, and assassinating my character everywhere he goes then. Perhaps then I might be less inclined to call him one.

Considering you don't seem to see anything wrong with his poisoned views and constant slagging off of Intensity² and its membership, it does rather beg the question of whose side your on - Intensity²'s, or your friend's. It clearly isn't the site's. Come on, you're supposedly an administrator here. Where's your loyalty?

Ascan's not innocent, Omega, if that's what you think. He's been accusing me and Dunc of all kinds of things at OTS, directly or indirectly. Dunc's his main target because he's lent his talents for the common good here, but as I'm sure you've noticed, he's included me in his evil ruling aspie elite theory. Don't know why, exactly, but it seems to bother him that I'm a moderator at OTS.

Apparently, I can't speak my mind here if I moderate an aspie support site elsewhere.

I think it was an excellent idea to acually ask Flo his opinion on the matter, unfortunately it seems that no matter how many times he says he didn't feel bullied there will always be someone who thinks they know better about his feelings than he does himself. ::)

The key words are "may" and "might". I've never seen anyone bullied who couldn't handle it. People shouldn't be attacked over things that haven't (but possibly could) happen either. If that ever happens, I'm pretty confident there are people here that would stick up for that person. I know I would.

You said you did not want to be a member of the Aspie EliteTM, Lucifer, else you would have been.  You wanted to be the Seraphic Elite instead, so you are.  Are you having second thoughts?  Just say the word and you can be an official card-carrying member of the Aspie EliteTM.

Ascan can be the official recruitment chairman for the Aspie EliteTM.  He is very good at this job.

i'm not on anyone's side. just because i'm not a patriot, doesn't mean i'm a traitor.

i think he's right about that; i certainly wouldn't feel comfortable going to OTS for friendship / support / advice if i was in RobertN's position.

personally, i think people who administrate / moderate on boards should be prepared to put up with a bit of stick from the membership; the same way that members of the public are entitled to question politicians.

The key words are "may" and "might". I've never seen anyone bullied who couldn't handle it.

People shouldn't be attacked over things that haven't (but possibly could) happen either.

Because...? Do you think that I would abuse my position, Omega? Don't judge others based on your own behaviour.

RobertN is perfectly welcome to seek friendship/support/advice at OTS. There are quite a few members that would help. Remember that Flo came to OTS before he came here, and posted on the safe haven, and got help. From me, among other people. This was some time before he started labeling Aspies as retards, etc, by the way.

I am not bothered and nothing you say can ever bother me. I process it differently.. and please I am better than fuckn Alex Plank. He does not even compare. I could kick his fuckn ass mentally and physically. I handle my own truama issues without meds.. that is a bitch and I handle it like a fuckn pro!

Flo, pleased to meet you, i like the way you explain things, and of course deal with life...

much the sam way as i do i think... don't whine about it to others cos at the end of the day who fucking cares eh (except for the people who are paid to care).

btw whoTF is Alex Plank ?

Blonder?  I think you meant better looking.  I am not dumb far from it.  You are still trying to annoy me and its pathetic.  I am sorry but its the way you guys think and that is the reason I don't listen to you. You just did it again saying I act like that to everyone. You don't know me in real life.  I hope you get controll over your symptoms and thus be able to mute them before you make yourself look foolish.  Well I think you are overall pretty fuctional.  Its not like you are completely incapable of feeding yourself.  Some of you really top the bucket and bring tears to my eyes.. tears of joy.

Flo, I don't think anyone was trying to annoy you. There was some joking, that's all, so please cut the bs about symptoms and such.

Um, that wasn't meant as an insult. I meant literally that your hair color is blonder than Alex's.

I am sorry I should have said this here and not in When Flourescent returns.  I would listen to you guys if I thought something you said was valid.  Someone said something about my random thoughts and I did agree there.  Its hard to carry on a conversation when I keep doing that, never the less I manage to do it for 4 hours on the phone.

I appologize for cracking on you again about symptoms.  I am stuck on high and its hard for me to get down.  Just 1 hour of lack of sleep and I go nutty, and now its really hard for me to act bad or bipolar.  Hard but not impossible, not with some more effort! Stimulants herbs have a different affect on me when I am rested.
I see now what high risk means, and Its just funny how close I am to having a problem.  Lucky me!  I wish you all a pleasant day.  I could just hug you all.. fuck'n high mood!.

/me sings I am so excited I can't hide it.  I will be doing alot of that today.  To bad because its at these times I feal most alone, but it is  felt to some degree always.

Next time you see me acting hyper remember ask yourself how much ginseng, or stimulant herbs did he take, how tired is he?  I am not bipolar and will never be, I will not let it.

Any women want ot dance?  You are going to have to let me do some break dancing first by myself.

Some shot me with cupid's arrown and they need to die.. this is too much!

If Jessica fucks up, be ready ,because I have a job. Its not like I am asking for it though. I have a phone curtosity of my sister.  Her mom can come to my clinic because I will have one.  Soon I will have things my own way. >:D >:D >:D >:D >:D >:D >:D >:D >:D >:D >:D >:D internet cord too!

no time to edit. fuck!

Have a nice day all!  I woke up acting all funny.  I was happy and laughing at nothing.. I am just too full of joy.

i showed exception before when he desired to rape his girlfriend.

Quote

This post yet another example of why Carla should be admin....

VOTE FOR THE QUIRKY ONE!! ;D
