I'm 46. I should be on "Grumpy Old Men". Loved that series.

I'm 45 and I work with a lot of women in their 40s and 50s. We're grumpy old women!   :prude:

Eris - I had cataracts removed from both my eyes at 49 because I was EXTREMELY nearsighted (can cause cataracts at an early age).  12 years later I'm starting to need glasses again.

As far as reading glasses, I'd rather use the braille system on Prince Albert.

I do marvel at what a miracle even something as simple as glasses are.  Without them a lot of us would be "blind."  Before my surgery, my prescription was the strongest you could have and I was in danger of losing my drivers license because even with the strongest lenses I was still nearsighted enough to almost fail the vision test.  The intraocular lenses gave me another 11 or 12 years of wonderous vision.

By the way Ann Marget is HAWT.

I was watching Grumpy Old men last weekend with my friend him 56 and her 52 and when Ann Margret unzipped her snowjacket and flicked back her hair my friend told me and her husband to put our tongues back in :P <---- That!

Ah, yes. I remember the films.

I meant the BBC series, though.

Indeed, her Majesty is young at heart. It is the lifestyle.

That was some awesome surgery.

I am long-sighted in one eye and short-sighted in the other, something like +2 and -2. Not too bad really but it confuses my brain when I go without my glasses.

I should get out of here as I am 34. :P
