Anyways, the drama is over, it seems. She's no longer an admin.

This is why, even though he was having NONE of my talk, I tried to tell P that I was not as worried as some were.

:D

My joke about trajectory, ftw!

I wasn't either, but, the tempest in a pot of tea is semi over.  We just have to hope that Lucifer gets Odeon's ya-ya's out!   :eyebrows:

Look, I'm staying out of this drama, but I do have an overwhelming curiosity as to who Gaara/modzilla really is and do I know her.  If I don't know her from someplace else, fine, and if I DO know her, also fine.

Enquiring minds want to know.  After this, I will return to my place in the grandstand and watch the spectacle from afar.

Just call me Switzerland!   :green:

OK. But don't take any of that Nazi gold. It's called "going off message."  :P

If I'm remembering right. I think it's mentioned on Pea's site somewhere - maybe in her "New site admin" thread?

You are right, Pyraxis:

I suppose one should have faith in people who " frequent (something) a lot"  on their way to an English class.

"frequent" in that context is perfectable good english, actually.  the accent is on the second syllable, in this case, not the first.

I'm familiar with that usage, but I always thought that "frequenting" a place made the phrase, "a lot" redundant.

"I'm a regular frequenter  ..."   would be tolerable since, "regular" refers to some possible schedule, right?

You're saying that her expression is acceptable as it was posted? OK, so does that mean I'm being old fashioned or New Age with my paranoia of redundancy?

... or just smply, 'merican?

"to frequent something" is to regularly visit it.

... and my "regular frequenting" of Intensity, would be redundant, but "frequenting Intensity a lot" would not?

Well English allows for various redundancies in our speech...particularly in certain dialects...

I wasn't referring to her use of "frequent". You need to read some of her posts.
