It doesn't.   I played FFXI for almost 4 years and I still don't get it.  The Japanese obsession with tentacle rape isn't something that I can really understand.   They just want to see their women raped by all sorts of fantasy creatures, kinda sick if you ask me.   It has made me laugh on occasion, probably because I am desensitized to it.

I mean, I could maybe understand if they had planted some grass seed in her nipples earlier on. And while the centipede-like creature being used as the dildo is certainly, um, unusual, despite its fantasy design it still makes some sense.

But where's the logic in having grass growing out of her nipples?? That usually doesn't occur-- at least not that I'm aware of. :LOL:

Ohhhhh... well you see I was originally considering that, but the green color of the slugs threw me off, simply because most parasitic alien creatures which invade human mammary glands and secrete prolactin which I'm familiar with have always been orange, not green. See the reason for my confusion?
