Morality can be extrapolated from these meanings to make these two commandments of godless morality: 1). Be in harmony with one another and 2). Care for the environment.

Oh it is, it's just something dumb. Been having breathing problems again, triggered by stress they say, and it screws up my sleep cycle. Slept through my alarm this morning and didn't get to see monkeygirl off to school. I hate when that happens because I know how much it means to her to have those 10 mins of snuggle time before she starts her day. Just mad at myself.

Good. Today has been a really good day, both in reality and in my head

The only bad thing really was when some random bloke came in and it turned out he had a lecture in there before ours, so I had to go and wait outside :(

but that's hardly the end of the world, right? :laugh:

Quiet. Not feeling like myself lately which I'm guessing is a big dose of stress that has been building up. I never seem to realize that's what it is until I get to the meltdown/crash part.
