Have you been seriously injured in the past, or did you just pull a muscle?   :nerd!:
Probably just muscle pain, plus my weight and gait don't help.

My back spasmed a few years ago and really hurt for days; even standing was painful. I had some X-rays done,
thinking a disk had ruptured, but all was well, except for my slight scoliosis, which I already knew about,
and "mild spurring," which is probably quite age-appropriate.   :nerdy:

Alright. Wish I didn't have to go get a shower though, can't be arsed

Also my family are all going to London at the weekend and I sort of wish I was going too

I'll just have to find something to do here
