It's something that I get during some of my seizures.  It feels like a very mild continuous electric shock from AC current, and ranges from a mild tingling in my extremities to a very intrusive and jarring sensation that intrudes on my visual field, causing a strobing effect, and at it's worst, it can even cause my thoughts to jump around in time with the buzzing.
