It was alright in the end. The lady was really nice (was a meeting with a disability advisor at the job centre) and she understood me and was patient. Going onto ESA so there's less pressure on me to get a job and more help to get me into a job. So I feel chilled ;D

Slightly stuffy nose, tired eyes.  I only had 2 hours sleep last night and a 3 hour nap this afternoon.  Had about 6-7 hours sleep total the previous 2 nights.  Will definitely get more sleep if it kills me, because if I don't it will kill me.

Kind of worried; I've been talking to a friend on MSN and I think he's been sending nasty messages that I told him not to send. He's quite smart, so finding contact information is easy for him, but he doesn't seem to get that I'm in a better frame of mind than a few months ago.
I hope he saw sense and believed me when I said that I was ok.
