She actually lives an hour away and is in school down there, so not likely.

What problem causes it?

I have a plethora of spine issues in my Thoracic and Cervic spines. These issues put more stress on the muscles in my Lumbar spine, which results in spasms down there. I have them every day, but occasionally they get really bad and leave me bedridden, which sucks.

I actually have a PT appointment on the 19th, but that doesn't help me right now.

Aw, Trigger11 i hope you feel better. :hug:  I have a cronic sore shoulder that i was supose to get surgury on but never did because im lazy/unmotivated and a time snob. i cant deal with appointments, but i know people who have bad backs and it is very painful they say, i KNOW when my shoulder is acting up i just wanna die!
