Since I had my last amphetamine dose increase, I've gone from sleeping for 8-10 hours and feeling tired, shitty and useless for 6 hours after walking up, to sleeping for 6-7 hours and being ready to spring into action as soon as my alarm goes off, and I've also gone from waking up at anywhere from 10:00-14:00, to waking up consistently at 8:00 - 8:30, since I'm no longer falling asleep as soon as I turn my alarm off and sometimes wake up before it goes off.  I'm quite pleased with this outcome.

Lucky bastard. I don't get a prescription. The cowardly authorities even refuse to give my shrink a license, and he's a chief physician in psychiatry.

It is the best time of day. My natural early morning energy is one of the reasons I've managed to keep this job while others fell away after a few weeks.

Tired and a bit crappy.  My blood pressure's at 103/64, which is a bit low for my tastes, and I think it's contributing to my tired crappyness.
