I've done some garden clean up this morning, which has been sadly neglected up to this point. Leaves are easier to manage when they are frozen together in clumps.

I feel surprisingly rested considering yesterday. I somehow successfully administered myself about five hours of non-stop sleep during the morning hours.

you're right, i would have, but i wound myself up through the roof, had something to eat, and was too knackered to do anything but lie on the sofa and read for the afternoon.  i'm fucking useless.  :'(

Having one of those shitty nights where I my head feels hot and I feel fluish, tired and uncoordinated.  I wish I knew what caused this.

Yeah, about every week or two on average, and it seems to be more likely to happen if I've been working hard on something.

ill from the food at the restaurant my parents took me to (they got sick too). back hurts and feel dizzy, tired and sick.
