I've gotten myself back into shape.  My muscles have all firmed up and regained their strength and endurance, I'm not carrying any excess fat and I can keep a decent pace while running up and down the steep hills around here, even while wearing wrist and ankle weights.

Brought vodka into college and got shit-faced drunk.  Can't remember anything except that I woke up in hospital and reeked of vomit.

No words  aplly!

I spent the entire day in first person with  my manager. this was after four dayss off in  a row. He has done this twice befour, but he still does onnot KNOW  anything about me.

He assigned me to the "news apage" from our corporate website for the morning meating. Alll pertinent updates I w as pressed to presss upon others, along with territory news; like where we are sanctioned to volunteer hour time, lacolly.
