Damnitall. I looked it up. They're still working on the script and haven't even started on casting. That means it's no closer than it ever was. I don't know how many times that script's been rewritten.

Like the first Dune movie. It's probably just not going to happen.

During our possible meet-up, can we fight each other with knives?

1)   Why is your Karma so low?  Is it just not being online so much?

2) What are you doing as job right now?   Can you tell us all about the illustration/movie work you've done in the past?

3)  could you ever briefly psycho-analyze me based on what posts you have seen (because I read before that you do it)

Feel free to write as much as possible because I will be reading it at work!   Thank You!

Couldn't get the video to load, but assumping that's a silly LARP fight - I've been in plenty of those too. Two-normal! Two-normal! Two-normal! :P

The other one wasn't anything like that, though.

1)   Why is your Karma so low?  Is it just not being online so much?

No, aside from a few months, I've been here regularly since the board was founded. My karma just doesn't rise as fast as other people's. I'm not quite sure why. Likely I'm not funny enough.

Or maybe everybody secretly hates me.

2) What are you doing as job right now?   Can you tell us all about the illustration/movie work you've done in the past?

I'm working on Sir Billi the Vet, which is, frankly, crap that is never going to be produced. They'll be lucky if they finish the first scene. So I'm looking for other work.

The previous movie I worked on was The Ant Bully, at DNA Productions (the same folks who did the Jimmy Neutron movie and TV series). Before that I did freelance illustration in fantasy, science fiction, mystery and horror. Small press publishers, nothing major, though I got the chance to work with a few big-name authors like Connie Willis and Kevin Anderson, and I did a few signings at conventions.

3)  could you ever briefly psycho-analyze me based on what posts you have seen (because I read before that you do it)

LOL, where did you read that? I thought it was Serissa who had a reputation for psychoanalyzing people. I could make a stab at armchair psychology though. Gimme a bit. I'd need to read through your past posts, since I've never gotten a clear sense from them. You're UK Tom, right, not Tom who was friends with Ghosthunter?

At the moment, I'm a 3d artist. Lighting and texture. It would be cool to do illustration full time, but I'm not quite good enough to make it as a concept artist in film or game yet, and that's ideally where I'd want to work.

I don't know if anyone has asked this before and I can't be arsed to check through 42 pages: Do you have an opinion which countries have the best gun laws; the US or the European countries?  8)

I don't know enough about gun laws around the world to give an educated answer. But I'm in favor of the right to bear arms.

OK, then you're against most European gun laws. Where you are now handguns are totally banned.
