Make snert, and tell how it tastes in summer. Or make stampot kale. Kale will grow in summer too. And a freezer can help getting the frost over it, to make it taste better.

Hi, just wanted to pop in to post an update.

I've recently started taking Escitalopram and it's worked wonders. I hope I have no problem taking this long term as its greatly improved my mood and lessened my anxiety to the point where I can deal with things.

I hope you are all doing well and I probably won't be coming back here regularly as I think I'm going to be too busy enjoying my life for a change. Also we recently got a puppy called Merlin. He is a Labrador cross Border Collie and is currently eating everything in our back yard as puppies like to do.

If anyone has has any questions, feel free to post here, but I will probably ignore silly things.

Anyway, catchyalaterguyz...

Thanks man, I feel like a completely different person now. I'm looking to do volunteer work in something to do with computers for the underprivileged just to get my ass out of the house. Might even try and find some part-time linux/networking courses as well. Who knows?  :green:

I'll try and get a pic of the pup as soon as I can.

Regarding the meds, I noticed a difference on the second dose. They say you should notice something within the 1st week, or 2nd at the latest. For me its like being slightly stoned, but without the laziness. I never realised how much anxiety was destroying my life until now.
