I don't think I'm either of those things you mentioned, but thanks one hell of a lot for saying so.   :hug:  You're a good friend.

Basically I'm pretty fucked up from PTSD, and so I try to not fuck anyone else up or judge them.  :-\  Feels like I've been to hell and back, so I'm disinclined to deliberately send anyone else there.  I used to be quite good at that, btw, but found that it didn't make me feel very good.

have to agree - i start feeling uncomfortable if i overdo being a bitch.  so i've just had to fine tune the bitchiness, so i can get the full welly in before i start feeling grotty.  :rofl:

what caused the PTSD?  PM, if you don't want it all over the board.  :hug:

and my official diagnosis is that you're lovely - you cannot argue with The Witch Doctor.  :smarty:

Thanks so much for that very favorable diagnosis.  :laugh:

The PTSD was caused both by a dangerous home life when I was growing up, and by some pretty severe bullying by boys at school.  I really can't explain it any further or better than that.  It's not a secret, just complicated to explain.  I've been receiving some serious counseling for it, and I'm getting a lot better.  My counselor says that my AS probably saved me.  Without my particular "wiring," I would probably not have made it out of my teens.

I don't get bitchy with people.  I get very mean very fast in certain real-life situations, but thankfully I'm getting better control over this.  I don't generally get upset with people online.  I've had my feelings hurt a few times, but those experiences have also made me think, and that's good for me.  I'm always trying to understand other people and my reactions to them.  Helps me make some sense of things.

blimey - that PTSD thing sounds appalling.  :hug:

i've seen so many children suffering the most atrocious stuff in my time teaching.  it hasn't made me terribly keen on a lot of parents/carers...   :grrr:

Soph, I haven't had any Easter eggs!  I only like my eggs scrambled.  :zoinks:  And I don't like candy, either...so the chocolate eggs are out.
 
I've noticed that eggs have been mentioned twice already in this thread.  :laugh:  Maybe some kind of Freudian reproductive reference.

All the the normal sized ones are too much for me to eat without feeling sick
The mini ones I could eat a lot of though
