i shoulda waited for my wife.
she makes the best fried egg sandwiches.  mine is so-so.  i can't properly flip the bastard eggs.



has anybody else noticed that any type of sandwhich tastes best when prepared by anothers hands.  but anything else tastes better, when made by your own?

yuck - that makes the yolks go all hard.  horrid.  well, nice, but you need the squelchy, runny yolk for the full effect.
