when i was younger i let people tell me what i was capable of. and after several years of shit i started to believe it. so i didn't bother trying from then on and still got As and Bs. so if they'd just shut the fuck up with their bollocks, i'd have been left to do it myself and done well. or if i'd been sensible enough to ignore them lol

i think all we need is the right kind of support. non patronizing, non judgemental. just treating us like human beings and supporting our strengths and helping us when we have weaknesses. then we could actually become "productive members of society". ::) we have the potential to do anything but the world is shit. it makes it v hard.
