WILLISTON, Vt. -- Williston police said they have made an arrest in connection with a bizarre voyeur incident at Overlook Park.

Police said a man was using a Port-o-let when he noticed several cutouts in the wall. In one of the cutouts, the man noticed a jacket sticking through the hole. Police said in the other hole he saw a man's face poking through with his tongue sticking out making obscene gestures.

Police said they arrested Timothy Reynolds, 55, of Essex Junction on voyeurism charges in connection with the incident.
