If the world was perfect and peaceful, then it would be boring.   Nothing entertaining to watch for god, nothing to laugh at.   Right now he has plenty of comedic material for the sick minded.

It strikes me that Christians have it all wrong with the good and evil thing.  It's not God who's good and Satan who's evil, but the opposite.  In Genesis, God is an egotistical cunt who makes dim-witted slaves to worship him, and when Satan frees their minds and wills from enforced sycophancy, God spits out his dummy and curses them unto all the generations thereafter.

If humans were just God's mindless slaves with no knowledge of the difference between right and wrong, they would have never sinned.   The omnipotent creator gets to decide ultimately who is evil and who is good, the opinions of man or fallen angels on the matter are irrevelant.   If you don't believe in an omnipotent creator, then that is fine.   Questioning a omnipotent creator that you do believe in is pointless, as the creator is all powerful and can make whatever you consider to be evil about its actions to be good in the end (doesn't have to justify its actions either).

If god knows all and is all powerful why would he even need to create anything as he would know the outcome before hand.  Why put everybody though all this just for his entertainment?

It was in the Hands of Man (Adam and Eve) in the Beginning the Outcome was there to Make nobodies elses in the end.
