Ok. I did when I was four. It was like dandruff. Now it's not there anymore. Maybe it's a thing with little girls vagina's.

I read somewhere that girl's vaginas usually remain closed until they approach puberty, not because of the hymen, but through the vaginal walls being bonded to each other or something, the same way that boy's foreskins start off attached to the glans and can't be retracted but gradually lose their adhesion as the boy matures.  Maybe it was something to do with that.

I don't have a vagina, so I can't answer that.

Searching the interwebs I think it could be one of two things:  your vagina was growing a lot and thus shedding, you had a yeast infection
