I took my modified version of spaghetti sauce and added a can of baked beans.  Felt quite satisfied.  Now I'm eating pizza.

Cherry poptarts.

Vegetable chips.

Muesli oatmeal and dried fruit + soy milk.
More Muesli oatmeal and dried fruit + soy milk.

A little cranberry juice + seltzer water.

Corn chips + yoghurt and hot/garlic/pepper/asian-sauce-thingy.

White tea + honey.
Cinnamon tea +honey.

Had a couple of packets of ready to eat spicy turkey chunks from the fridge, and a pair of mango and peach melba yoghurts that I had stuck in the freezer to ..err...well...freeze :P after buying them. Been more thirsty than hungry though for the past few days. Had the stomach upset from hades due to an attack of acid reflux for the past couple of days, kept puking, so I kept to fluids. A bit less overall horrid than having to blow chunks if its just a case of a quick peristaltis in reverse to dump some liquid.

Feeling quite a lot  better now, courtesy of buscopan, gaviscon, scopolamine transdermal patches, oxy and ranitidine.

Waffle House Yum.  Funny I don't ever recall eating anything but their waffles and sides.  I must have ordered a sandwich, but I can't recall ever doing it.
