Steak, egg an cheese biscuit (McDonald's b'fast with g'friend.  We usually stay 2 hours and don't feel guilty staying that long there as opposed to a cafe or diner)

Cheese on buttered toast and cream of tomato soup

Pork loin, broccoli and lemon, buttered potatoes.

Food-all but a couple of slices of a deep pan, triple cheese pizza that I had bought for £2 and absolutely slathered in pickled green olives, saving the rest for a midnight snack perhaps.

Some cherry ripple vanilla ice cream with candied cherries all through it and covered in cherry sauce.

A few jars of pickled black and green olives for a snack.

Drink-started the day with a brew, a cup of steaming hot lady grey; as I always take my lady grey, black, sweetened wiith honey and steeped with a generous fistful of lemon balm.

Diet coke with sliced lemon and ice tossed in.
