York Peppermint Patty

Those are my favourite. I try to eat AT LEAST one York peppermint patty every week. Sometimes I buy multiple. I enjoy the small ones; they have the best chocolate:peppermint ratio.

I don't want my chocolate to taste like toothpaste.  :M   Indulging in sweets shouldn't remind me of a healthy activity.  It ruins the experience!

Just had a bowl of soup. Chicken/leek soup you could call it. It's one of my favourites.

I've made a simple guacamole for dinner. Ate it on a toasted slice of bread with some soup today. Too hot/damp, hic et nunc, to eat lots of stuff.

Um, simple recipe?

Guacamole:
*ripe avocado (mashed with fork)
*lemon juice (or lime/quite a bit)
*a small piece of chili pepper chopped finely (or e.g. a couple drops of Tabasco)
*shallot (chopped as finely as possible)
*small glove of garlic (through press)
*table spoon of yoghurt
*salt and pepper

Mix up in bowl.. et voilà.

Nice on toast or as a dip. With a barbecue.. or whateverz.

(oh, some add tomato and coriander too.. butz.. )

An upper class chicken,  organically raised, no antibiotics and air chilled.  It did taste slightly better, but not worth the double price per pound.

OMW, it almost does sound rappy!  However, I won't give up my day job.
