I *love* fish 'n chips!! My favourite place is in my hometown but that's 4 hours away and my favourite one here closed. It was a family owned business and they were top notch. Haven't been able to find another good one yet.

Witlof (Belgian endive) in an oven dish, with an Italian sauce, and grated cheese. Fried small potatoes on the side.

turkey sandwich for b'fast
chicken wrap for lunch
bean soup for dinner

Recipe for bean soup:
1 large can of refried beans
water
chicken or beef bouillion to taste
Mix together until the right consistency
Throw in diced red onion, parsley, leftover wild rice and leftover jambalaya.
Just a basic CORN (Clean Out Refrigerator Night) recipe.  You can add corn, white rice, whatever you have on hand and strikes your fancy.  Done in less than 10 minutes.

Lots of candy.

st Marten here today. Girl never collected as much candy as she did today. There only came one group of kids here. So, plenty of candy left for us.
