 Years ago, our workplace gave us each a ham for a Christmas bonus.  I froze mine in
 small portions, which I would heat up to eat with spaghetti, nice budget dinner.  :green:

My studying meal in college was a toasted buttered ham sandwich, semi-sweet chocolate and coca-cola.

Chinese. Fried salt and pepper/chilli squid in batter. With chocolate milk and coke. I've had the same pretty much every day this week. Bought two portions of the squid today, haven't had the egg fried rice or the second portion of squid yet, I'm saving them for when I get hungry again later, or perhaps for breakfast. I think I will have some of the fried rice though now.

One half of a  roast beef and Swiss sandwich on a hard roll with may,lettuce,tomato,onions and salt and pepper an a hard roll.

I just munched down that egg fried rice. I was only going to have a little bit as a snack, but I came down with a sudden case of the raving munchies, reheated it in the MW and ate the lot.

Still saving the second portion of salt and pepper squid though for later. Probably will have it for breakfast, I have a doc appointment quite early tomorrow, so a quick and easy breakfast is just whats called for.

A 6am breakfast of salt and pepper squid (yes, in case you haven't noticed by now, I can't get enough of it) and then a bowl of cornflakes. Two packs of sour jelly candies, and I'm about to start munching my bag of liquorice gums.

I think I might just have a couple of baked fish fillets in batter for tea. Not sure what they are. Either cod or haddock. There is some vietnamese river catfish in the freezer too, but I think they are now too old to eat.

We went to the Farmer's Market yesterday and bought fresh asparagus and a mixed bag of mushrooms.  We took these, some steaks and potatoes and some macaroni and cheese up the mountain today and had a picnic.  It was a lot of fun.
