Do you think removing the skin helps your stomach because it reduces the fat content? /quote CBC

Yes, fatty food and I don't go together well. Not sure as of why.. might be a spleen thing or perhaps a gall bladder problem.

Well, blahiah.. as long as I avoid eating fatty food I'm okay. It has little of value for me anyway.

Ate this pizza for dinner. Topping was from a leftover pasta sauce (bit like Bolognese with minced meat) and some fresh tomato sauce, artichoke, onion and mozzarella.

(still not all the way satisfied with the crust but.. )

Ate this omelet 20 minutes ago. With some bacon, shiitake, shallot, garlic, almond slices, chives, curry powder, salt and pepper.

123 meal:  One scrambled egg, 2 pancakes, 3 slices of bacon.  I don't use pancake syrup, but put butter and jam/jelly on my pancakes.

Made and ate this 'Eastern' dish. Spicy veggies out of the wok with gambas/prawns and rice.

I like my eggs over medium, slid in between the pancakes with lots of syrup   :headbang2:
