Dinner was a bowl of tomato soup with some slices of baguette and self made garlic/herb butter. Yoghurt/apple sauce/cinnamon for dessert.

Hamburger on toasted rye bread with swiss cheese and red onion.  Did something different to the hamburger, added mustard and ketchup to the raw meat, then cooked it.  Came out with a slightly different flavor and wasn't as messy to eat.

:plus:  for adding a delicious twist to an old classic!

I had about 1/2 pound of mince left over.  So I rolled it into meatballs smaller than a marble and I'm cooking the last of them now.  Will look up Cheeseburger Soup recipes and plop them into my version (which I haven't created yet.)  I'll start with a few cans of cheddar cheese soup (have on hand) and probably add the meatballs, some chopped onion and tomato and garnish with shredded lettuce and croutons.

After you've perfected the soup, you should post it in the recipe thread!  :fatchef:

Small roast chicken pieces, cherry tomatoes, cheese and pizza sauce. Was very nice. :)
