Today I made some pizza dough first and let that rise for a couple of hours. Then prepared all I wished to make the topping whilst making tomato sauce, with onion, garlic, some Mediterranean herbs, salt und pepper, in a hot pan. (this to evaporate most of the moist out of it/too moist and the crust turns out not that nice to eat) Then I put everything on starting with said sauce, basil leaves, mozzarella, onion, artichoke.. Well, blahiah..

(Yeah, there's room for improvement but it was the best self made pizza I've made thus far)
