Well, people here have been very generous to me, it's true.  Also, I work in food service, which gets me lost MORE food!   :2thumbsup:

And she insists on personally overseeing the kitchens at Buckingham Palace.

Today was the usual brown sugar oatmeal with peanut butter for b'fast
some cheese and crackers for a snack
Ham and swiss po-boy with cheese doodly things for lunch
will have leftover pancakes for dinner.
A good monarch is a treasure. A good politician is an oxymoron.

If she served me oatmeal and peanut butter for breakfast I would fire her.  :thumbdn:

Naturally I tailor each meal to the individual.  You would have your preferred short stack, eggs and and sausage.

Im feeling "ok" :)

I like broccoli, I eat it a few times a week. I really prefer vegetables and meats to any kind of carb. Lucky for me since I cant really eat them :P

I should eat fewer carbs and more broccoli myself.  Good for you.  :)
