I made cornbread for the first time in my life today and it turned out pretty good!

That's great, Candlemass.  Did you make it with sugar, so it's sweet?

I prefer cornbread not to be sweet, myself.

No. I made it out of a mix. Added 1/3 cup of milk and an egg. No sugar. It turned out pretty sweet.

I love sweet cornbread.  In fact, sometimes I will add about 1/4 cup of sugar to it, bake it and then pour a milk and powdered sugar icing over it for a dessert.

If  you add extra liquid to the cornbread mix, you can make corn pancakes.  Put some sausage slices in the pan, pour the batter on, and enjoy.

Or you can skip the sausages and pour the mixture on your girlfriend's back and lick it off.  Same great pork flavor for half the cost.

Microwaved scrambled eggs (first time ever, turned out good) and almost burnt oven-baked toast (I should get a toaster).

After months of eating pretty much nothing but chips and dip, TV dinners, and cup noodles... the stuff that I have now, that requires a little cooking skill is... much better!

Even just putting some jarred pasta sauce on freshly-boiled egg noodles (should have heated the sauce first or something) makes much better pasta than what any brand of TV dinner can do. :orly:

The transgendered crusader is eating penis now.  Should we ask whose?  I thought the surgeons disposed of that kind of thing as biohazardous waste.
