Maple and brown sugar oatmeal with crunchy peanut butter mixed in.

Chef salad with blue cheese dressing.  (Blue is correct because it's not the real Bleu cheese, but is good anyway.)

Tried to eat some Vegemite on toast, but it tasted like Vegemite-flavoured sawdust so I threw it away and got some rice cakes with Vegemite instead.

I've also had some crispbread and a cup of chamomile/spearmint tea.
