I unwisely had leftover pasta and mini Three Musketeers bars in the wee hours of the morning, and am still sluggish!

A hamburger that was fairly disgusting.

Chips and dip, a chocolate-covered honey bun, and chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream, with some Sprite and milk. I eat like a kid. :P

Please read my lengthy post in the virgin thread.  And start eating like a sensible man.  (Yeah, I know I'm a bossy, old bitch, but I like you.  So I'm entitled.)

I need spice to fight off SAD type non-caring.

I started the morning with a wicked-awesomely HOT chili burrito made with several eggs boiled in bacon fat, with peppers and onion.

Do you ever get those pickled cherry peppers? Once the pain wears off, you feel great!   :flame:

Occasionally I get them for the sweetness, but they are too mild for me to use for my desire to "feel something."  I use really hot peppers for this or dry-grown horseradish.
When I can not feel or taste, I need to take drastic measures to know that I am still alive, sometimes it seems so.

For breakfast this morning, I had a bowl of Malt-O-Meal Chocolate Marshmallow Mateys cereal, with two frozen chocolate chip cookie dough Pop Tarts, and a strawberry. These strawberries I got look a lot more cleaner and prettier than the last ones I bought, but the thing is, they don't taste quite as good. Maybe I need to leave them in the fridge for several days, I dunno.

Maybe the last berries you bought were a little riper.  :chin:

Could be, cousin. I hate my local Super Wal-Mart's fruits and vegetables section, it just sucks. Kroger's does better with that, but their overall higher prices have driven me away from that store. Here are the things that I wanted but could not find at Wal-Mart:

1. Very ripe bananas (all yellow/brown and no green)
2. Naval oranges (WTF?)
3. Mangoes (Wasn't really looking for this particularly strange tasting fruit, but still...)

And I guess I can add:

4. Very ripe strawberries (screw you, always, Wal-Mart)

So there goes my mixing orange slices with cottage cheese, that's a heavenly snack!

My mother used to mix cottage cheese with tomatoes or cantaloupe, also oranges and bananas.

I like my bananas slightly green, since I think very ripe ones smell like nail polish remover!

I think ripe bananas (ones without green on them) taste like rotting meat.  Needless to say I don't eat many bananas since they're ripe and yellow/brown longer than they're just right for me.

I used to make banana bread too, back in the day! I must find a recipe and try it again sometime.   :orly:
