The chillies in the garden were begging to be eaten. So, got two of them into a hot sauce, with some paprika, tomatoes, garlic, fresh thyme. Macaroni for the girls, spaghetti for me. And for me some mackerel going with it too. Turned out to be a really fresh yet hot sauce this time. Those girls of mine are liking their food hot more and more.

Try it cbc, just build it up slowly. Start with green chillies, they are very mild, compared to the red ones. And then work your way up to the pleasure of beads of sweat in a band around your head while eating, and a hot kind of chill in your ears.
