Two rolls with crisps, some raw carrots, there are hardly any left, so the girls and I did get our veggies today, and lots and lot of grapes.
Really funny ice cream for dessert.
And after that an extra dessert, because a neighbour brought a whole bunch of strawberries.

Lazy dinner, because it is Monday.

It was.

Monday dinners are supposed to be fun. My youngest needs some incentive to go to gymnastics. Knowing that there is something to eat that she will love is doing the trick.

It's great to be able to eat outside too. No wasps yet, and a pleasant evening temperature

I ordered a lamb, spinach, sage, cucumber, feta, onion and red pepper gyro from a Greek carry out. I never imagined that it would be so damn big.

I was fully prepared to face the consequences of having something exciting to eat, rather than something more healthful. I could only finish about one third of it.
