I came home, after a miserable day, to find that my dear wife was in the process of creating an Italian sausage, onion, garlic and pepper thing with rice on the stove. I had not the heart to inform her that it is almost impossible to grow rice in Italy.

It was fucking awesome, though, and warmed me up quite a bit with the fresh (from frozen dough) oven bread sticks.

But they eat a lot of rice there. It's impossible to grow coffee in Sweden and Finland too on a commercial scale, but we drink more coffee than anyone else nevertheless.

We had pizza and Near Beer. I wanted the yeasty taste, but not the alcohol, to go with my pizza.

I plan to watch the first few minutes of the SuperBowl. My wife was once an advertising artist and she enjoys the commercials. I am able to take quite a bit after my pizza (I nap).
