I haven't eaten anything. Sometimes I fast for a couple of days to clear all the toxins out of the body.

It doesn't work that way. It takes thirty to ninety days for the liver to accomplish this and then recover from toxins.

Obviously, you may not continue to take in toxins if you expect to ever be toxin-free. Oxygen and what your body does with it result in some of the most detrimental substances we encounter.
Better stop using it.
