mixed soft fruit, some bread.

eating sucks right now. I have been so stressed out the last few days that I have been grinding my teeth.  My mouth has become too sore to chew regular food.

I don't just grind, though I snap my jaws when I sense ... anything, really.


... and I've cauught every swollen surface of my inner cheeks and lips in the snap of my reactions. I am swollen inside my mouth from chomping down.

The same, but today, I have not bitten into the larger parts of swollen inner cheek tissue as much. i made the tips of the old bites bleed several times though.

My tongue has been quicker than my jaws. I don't think I have bitten into my tongue at all.


I ate a banana and some bread with peanut butter on it.

Salt feels really good though. I want to find some soft, salty foods.

....... other than fish.
