4 tsp of ginger
3 tsp of cayenne pepper, should break up mucus for me, and numb my throat, it has.

Mung bean sprouts- may raise intracellular superoxide dimutase levels, and antioxidant enzyme.  That one is more potent that vitamins or minerals.  More potent than alot of photochemicals to.

Black beans- one of the most nutritious of the legumes.

Brown rice

Spinach

Carrots

Tomatoes

White potatoe

Pine nuts

I didn't really feel like eating because I am a tab bit sick, but I managed to do it. I managed to do some studying and exercise also, is that motivation or what?

Pills count, herbs are technically food.

15 alfalfa tablets

1 reservatrol capsule

2 blue  green algae capsules

.5 of multi, with ginko extract in it

1 caspule of grape seed extract

1  b vitamin pill- 50 mg of all bvitamins not all b vitamins are in milligram units.

2 vita c pills -1000mg of vitamin c with rosehips

1 high gama vitamin E

.5 tablet of calcium

.5 tablet of magnesium

1 vitamin d pill- 400iu's

1 echinecea pill

7 fish oil gel caps

3 capsules of ginseng extract

5 pills of dandelion root

1 scoop of vege blast- with high orac green foods.

Forgot a few...

1 capsule of biotin 5000mcg

1 pill of chromium - 400mg

1 gel cap of bilberry extract

1 capsule of essential greens, another blend of high orac green foods.


That would be 33% of the pills I take. :o

I have to memorize how much to take, and  I have two days supply already ready encase I have to go somewhere quick.

It was very early - I had a banana and toasted bread with pecan butter on it with my morning coffee.

They fed us at work today and I had a slice of pizza.

Sounds wonderful. I haven't been to a Benihana in a long time.

We had breakfast, for dinnner, last night. Egggss,, bacon, toast, jam. I think that's the kids' favorite meal.


My wife has been having "cravings" for Greek cuisine. I plan to go to a Greeek restaurant for lunch, today, with her.
