Eggs and potatoes with cheese and peppers in a tortilla. Made two. Could not finish the second, so the dog got some.

Got a free pint of chicken rice soup with Chinese the other day.  I'll add some more rice, chicken, carrots and green beans and a scrambled egg to it.  Ooooh yeah and a hot sauce packet, some onion, garlic....................  Heaven!

Nothing for breakfast. Chicken and bacon pasta for lunch. Packet of pork scratchings in the afternoon. Fish and mash for tea. Crisps too.

I threw together boxed mac and cheese, tuna, carrots and green beans.  Done in less than 20 minutes.  Tasted about what you would expect it to taste, but it filled the tummy.
