One of the best breakfast dishes I've ever had, the Ranch Skillet from the One Street Down Café.

Steak chunks, white bean chili, hash browns, crema, cheddar and two eggs.   :drool:

This morning I had a bagel. For lunch I cooked giant spinach and cheese ravioli with marinara sauce and fresh rosemary bread. Dinner is lasagna and a salad.

It's 11:30 am and I've eaten nothing yet today. Just a cup of coffee around 8 am (instant coffee, soy milk, no sugar).

It may be time to stop putting off my plans to eat healthier this year, and grab a salad or something for lunch.

Things I associate with Lorne:

My father's uncle, Lorne, who fought in the trenches at Gallipolli in WW1. I met him 62 years after that, in 1977, not long before he passed away. He was a real character.

Lorne Greene, who played Ben Cartwright in Bonanza. A fine actor.

The town of Lorne on the Great Ocean Road in Victoria, Australia. I was down that way last week coincidentally, we turned off just before we got to Lorne though so I never got to see the town before Tequila ate it.
