B'fast was a sausage and cheese on english muffin.

Second meal was a salad, some assorted finger sandwiches.

Cereal, a blueberry muffin and then cereal again as I couldn't be bothered to cook and neither could Kayleigh.

Nothing. They were bad enough without additions.

Did think of you this morning, when at breakfast I had raspberry jam and cottage cheese on my bread. Thought it was a pity I did not have any blueberry jam.

A lot.  :-\ D'oh well.

Made myself some 200cal snack packs so that if I eat too little, I can snack and it's portioned out. There's about 3-4 snacks in each pack, around 50-70 calories each. I'm sure everyone here is fascinated by this sort of thing. :P I know my family is.  :green:  :mischief: I feel sorry for them that they had to go through me ranting at them about the Paleo diet. I mean, since that diet I truly realised that diets were a load of BS. Then I discovered that calorie counting, drinking 8 glasses of water a day and always eating breakfast was the key to losing weight! But it's not a "diet", people. It's not just some completely random person writing another fucking diet book proclaiming to be an expert on fucking food and the human body, and trying to sell you their nutritional supplments at the end of their book. No. They're telling you, helpfully throughout the book, that you shouldn't go for nutritional supplements because they're all rubbish. See, you can buy their supplements because they aren't like all the OTHERS. Oh, did I mention that THIS ISN'T A DIET?

Or heck, how about a "sugar free" LIFESTYLE, not DIET, that's full of sugar?! Isn't that an amazingly well-thought out completely STUPID IDEA that fools the masses?!

That's okay.  I'm feeling a bit "oppositional" today.

 The only "diet" that helped me lose weight was 800 calories a day plus pills, and a ketogenic diet.  The weight came back of course.  Actually, I dropped about 20 pounds doing nothing after the fire.  Haven't really gained it back, but haven't lost any more either.  Would NOT recommend that way of weight loss.

I had hot-cross buns for breakfast - buttered and microwaved for 30 seconds. Washed them down with choc milk.
