I did a boo boo.  I made some wrong assumptions about a very important person.  Therefore I am now munching humble pie!  It looks like it will be on the menu for a while too.  :zoinks:

Can't remember what I ate today. Is that a good thing?

That would depend on what you ate. So, the question cannot be answered without a hypnotherapy session.

My eating today was horrid.  An apple fritter for b'fast (no meds with it) and some Chinese tonight.  My blood sugar is through the roof.

I did not eat today, at first. I had a meal yesterday about noon. I did not eat today until about eight o'clock this evening. A peanut butter sandwich.

Now yesterday, I baked (too many) cod fillets with winter sweetened juniper berries, sage and onion, surrounded with carrots, celery, kale and potatoes.  I over ate, some. It was amazingly delicious!

I can usually say, at my age, "Do not wait on me. I am not yet ready to eat. " Today was like that.

The end result of life's daily pain and suffering, trials and failures, tears and laughter, readings and listenings is an accumulation of wisdom in its purest form.

A schnitzel, but that was ages ago. I'm really hungry now.

A lady from France and I were explaining to PA what a schnitzel is.  In New Orleans it's more commonly called Panned (accent mark over the e - pah nayed) meat.

Does that "Panned" mean a crusty outside, like with Schnitzels?
And does get Panned meat to endure a serious beating, before it gets its outer layer?

Liver and grits with a side of scrambled eggs for b'fast.  DIVINE.

Bread filled with mushrooms, olives, tomato-sauce, herbs spices, garlic and three cheeses. With lettuce, yellow tomatoes and black and green olives as a side dish.

Tried a new shape of the bread. It was much better now. Will be eating this more.
