This Smiths Avatar...

Does anybody know who the geezer in the picture is.
They are usually Northern 'stars' from the 50s or 60s, but it's from a bootleg.
I cant find information about who it is, and it's starting to annoy me - he looks vaguely familiar.

It does look a bit like him, but I'm not sure, either.

From the movie:

I love the old Hasselblad! I had several, very similar, until the company I worked with switched their stuff over to a more crappy, cheap production lab. I could no longer use a square format and I had to switch to six centimeters by four point five centimeter film size for my imaging. It sucked! The Hassy had a useable film back available, but a couple of complete cameras from Bronica were less expensive. At the time, my wife had just lost our third baby, so we had lots of hospital expenses to overcome.

:violin:

I sold all but one Hassy.
Yes, I drove a two thousand dollar car and carried twenty five thousand dollars worth of photography gear around in it. Well, that doesn't include light modifiers and flash equipment. Add another five thousand.

I thought of the Blow Up film, immediately after i first posted.
I was convinced it was David Hemmings.
Im not so sure now, don't worry we will get to the bottom of this matter.

K'mo is very pretty, then.

I'm not sure we can allow this. He must be exploited, if he is truly this pretty.

Well, i still haven't found out. I have asked them at the morrissey forums, but no joy yet. These Smiths fans seem to be quite unresponsive.
Anyhow, i haven't given up - will keep you informed.
