The bank statement came and we had a significantly larger sum than I thought we did.  I never track my expenses, just fly by the seat of my pants.  The last time I balanced a checking account was 1999 when I retired.

H has been told she never has to see her again if she doesn't want to, and they're going to take D out for the day to find out from him what is going on and decide what's best for him. He might be taken away from his mother if they think that's best

It was a little strange, like getting a T-shirt for helping out at a concert, but this was a forty dollar movie set, instead of a flipping two dollarT-shirt. The weird thid thig thing was that more than half of the people I saw approach the desk refused to accept the free movie pack.

I will watch the movies on your recommendation.

The first one--and you really need to watch them in the right order--is very disturbing but it's also as good as anything produced in Sweden lately.

Had a very nice evening talking to a friend. Also had a very good chat with my son. He is so clever in his quiet, unassuming way and I love him to bits.

I managed to spend so much time running errands for family that I didn't do any housework and I had an excuse why I didn't. Yay
