We just came back from the district cheerleading Spirit Bowl. 

The handicapped cheerleaders (the Princess Royal is a member) received a standing ovation from the crowd and the judges.  It's all friendly and everyone gets a medal. 

This is the first year they've had a team for the handicapped and it's only for 18 and over.  They weren't that good, but they felt awesome participating.

Today's good thing: Happy for the boy. He starts a new job today and I think that's going to be a very good thing for him.  8)
